CHAMBER INDUSTRIAL HEAT TREATING (TOOL ROOM) FURNACE

| Nearly new CRESS tool room (dual chamber)
furnace with quench tank for sale. The system was originally purchased
for an application it was not suited for and was installed but never placed
into production service (it is new for all practical purposes). Both
chambers are 7" inches high, 10" inches wide, and 38" inches deep.
2100F upper chamber, 1200F lower chamber maximum. The lower chamber
has a fan and baffle ducts for high uniformity (baffle is made out of titanium).
It is electrically heated by plaque heaters located in the sidewalls.
Featured controllers are manufactured by Watlow and are programmable for
both chambers. A quench tank is included. This is a high quality
system which will provide years of service. It is ideal for the heat
treating requirements of tool rooms or job shops, ceramic drying and firing
and batch processes, or for research and development and laboratory applications.
The system is presently located at our facility in Columbus, Ohio. |
