Used powder coating system with wet coating
capability for sale. The system was first installed in 1990 and is
designed for powder coating large parts in a high volume manner.
As is, this system requires a large facility with 40-feet high ceilings
as the elevated ovens are over 30 feet high.

This system provides an excellent opportunity
to start or expand powder coating operations at a very low cost as compared
to acquiring a new system of this size.
This system can easily be reconfigured to
meet your needs for powder coating, wet coating production, both powder
and wet coating, or other industrial finishing processes.

Room: The environmental room is 35 feet by 52 feet long and features
temperature control, air filtration, and a vacuum system. |

Powder
Coating Booth: The powder coating booth is a huge Nordson system,
stainless steel construction, and 16-20 automatic guns with recipicators. |

Curing
(baking) Oven #1: The curing oven #1 is used for powder coating only,
is 16 feet wide, 42 feet long with 5 inch wall panels, features elevated
design, burner/recirculation air assembly, control system, and exhaust
blower. |

Curing
(baking) Oven #2: The curing oven #2 is used for wet paint only,
is 8 feet wide, 42 feet long with 5 inch wall panels, features elevated
design, burner/recirculation air assembly, control system, and exhaust
blower. |

Conveyor
Line: The conveyor is a power and free design, is 890 feet long,
has a VFD, and a spray lubricator. Maximum conveyor weight is 900
pounds per carrier. Production rate of the system is 18,000 pounds
per hour with a conveyor speed of 4 feet per minute. |

|
Air
Make-Up Unit: An air make-up unit comes with the system. |
|
|
Combustion
Controls: Controls for heated washer stages and ovens are per IRI
standards. A PLC system monitors and controls all safety features
and operational functions. |

is" or provide it as a "turn-key" installation at your facility.
Asking price is negotiable - owner wishes
