Heat Treating Furnaces Designed For Aerospace Heat Treating Applications

Columbus Ohio: DELTA H TECHNOLOGIES, LLC manufacturer of aerospace heat treating furnaces recently shipped a high-temperature heat treating furnace designed specifically for heat treating aluminum, titanium (jet engine components), PH stainless steel (landing gear components), A-286 (high-temperature fasteners, turbine blades, jet engine components), tool steels with oil quench for hardening in an air or argon atmosphere. System features include: Class 2 (+/- 10°F at 1950°F) uniformity, oil quench tank, quench delay timing, precision temperature control, simple controls, batch recording, high efficiency, simple to perform TUS, SAT, with a certified TUS volume of 12 x 12 x 36 inches. “This system compliments our popular Dual Chamber Aerospace Heat Treat (DCAHT series) furnaces for aircraft aluminum,” said Ellen Conway Merrill, Vice President of DELTA H. “Specifically, it provides a complete heat treating furnace system designed exclusively for aircraft MRO back shops, military, aircraft OEMs and parts manufacturers.”
